denim texture tutorial

For easier texturing, it would be great if we had a huge collection of brushes, alphas, and ready-made materials. But if for some reason we did not have access to a specific brush or material or we did not want to pay for brushes, materials, etc. for a small project, we can create our desired texture with a little creativity and understanding of the texture we want to create with the basic tools of Substance Painter itself, which are available in the program itself. In this video, for example, I taught how to create a denim texture step by step and from scratch with the help of the tools available in Substance itself and without using any downloaded tools. While recording this tutorial, I recorded without stopping and did not edit or delete anything from the video afterwards. The reason for this was to let you know that you can do a lot of trial and error and the tools I used are not the only practical tools for this task. You will also notice that sometimes after doing the work you may not be satisfied with the result and you need to change your settings to achieve a better result.

I did this tutorial on one of my products from the fifteen-piece hat collection. product link: https://www.artstation.com/a/42834424
